firefox-locale-nso software package provides Transitional package for unavailable language, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firefox-locale-nso
firefox-locale-nso is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firefox-locale-nso package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firefox-locale-nso *
You will get with firefox-locale-nso package name, version, architecture and description in a table
